About the event
The California Automotive Teachers (CAT) Conference is the premier annual gathering for automotive technology educators across the state. Each year, instructors, program coordinators, and industry partners come together to share knowledge, explore emerging technologies, and strengthen the network of professionals dedicated to training California's next generation of automotive technicians.
Attendees take part in hands-on workshops, technical sessions, and presentations covering everything from advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and electric vehicle diagnostics to classroom innovation, curriculum design, and industry best practices. The conference also features an exhibit hall where leading manufacturers, tool and equipment suppliers, and training organizations showcase the latest products and technologies shaping the field.
