Vendor Registration
Registration for Fall 2011 opens on September 5th.
To register fill out the form below and click the "Submit" button.
Payment Options If possible please choose option 2
- To pay CAT by check, under "Methods of Payment" within the form choose the check option. Ignore the web page after you click submit. This is for electronic payment only. Make a note of how much to pay before clicking "Submit". An email will be sent to the email address on the form with additional instructions on how to pay by check. Make sure to check your email inbox.
- If at all possible CAT would prefer that payment is made with a credit card or a PayPal account. After filling out the form and clicking "Submit" you will be directed to a web page that will allow you to complete the registration and payment process. Rest assured all of your information is kept 100% private and PayPal is a safe and secure way to make payment.
Vendor Donations
Donations from vendors are greatly appreciated. They help us pay for the refreshments we offer during the conference on Saturday. After you click the "Submit" button you will be given the opportunity to donate in $25.00 increments. If you choose to donate more than $25.00 just increase the PayPal cart quantity to reflect the donation amount.
