Conference Registration for Vendors
Vendor SpaceThe typical vendor space is 8' x 8' with one 8' display table and 2 lunches for $200.00 however we also offer a 16' x 8' space with two 8' display tables and 4 lunches for $400.00. You can choose between box lunches or cafeteria lunches. Additional attendees cost $15.00 each. Vendor DonationsWe have a long relationship with most of our vendors. Often a vendor or several vendors generously offer to help defer some of our cost or pay for coffee and refreshments that are served on the morning of the conference. Your donation is greatly appreciated. Vendor SetupWe encourage all of our vendors to arrive on Friday and setup. The registration button above has additional information such as setup times and hosting school contact information. What to ExpectMost members will arrive between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. Some members will arrive as early as 6:30 AM. Each location may have slightly different hours. Make sure to check our schedule. Vendors will have access to their space no sooner than 6:30 AM. Morning seminars often start between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and end at 11:45 AM. There is a member lunch and general business meeting. After lunch our members will have approximately 1 hour to visit with you before the afternoon seminars start. Our day of seminars ends around 4:30 PM. Please note that each hosting location determines the start times, seminar times and vendor visitation times.
