Conference Registration for Exhibitors
Spring 2021 Virtual Conference
Due to Covid-19 and the need for a virutal conference the information below is not valid. Use the registration button above or below to register as a virtual exhibitor.
Exhibitor Space
The typical single exhibitor space is 8' x 8' with one 6' display table, 2 chairs and 2 lunches for $200.00. The typical double exhibitor space is 16' x 8' with two 6' display tables, 4 chairs and 4 lunches for $400.00. The actual single and double space may vary based on the available space the hosting school has to offer. Each exhibitor can choose between box lunches or cafeteria lunches.
Additional attendees cost $15.00 each.
Exhibitor Donations
We have a long relationship with most of our vendors. Often a exhibitors or several exhibitors generously offer to help defer some of our cost or pay for coffee and refreshments that are served on the morning of the conference. Your donation is greatly appreciated and can be done during the registration process or by using the "Donate" button above.
Exhibitor Setup
We encourage all of our exhibitors to arrive on Friday and setup. The registration button above has additional information such as setup times and hosting school contact information.
What to Expect
Most members will arrive between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. Some members will arrive as early as 6:30 AM. Each location may have slightly different hours. Make sure to check our schedule. Exhibitors will have access to their space no sooner than 6:30 AM. Morning seminars often start between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and end at 11:45 AM. There is a member lunch and general business meeting. After lunch our members will have approximately 1 hour to visit with you before the afternoon seminars start. Our day of seminars ends around 4:30 PM.
Please note that each hosting location determines the start times, seminar times and exhibitor visitation times. Please don't hesitate to contact the school for their schedule.
