Conference Registration & Payment for Vendors

General Information

We are now using online forms and PayPal to accept payment on-line. PayPal is safe and secure or we wouldn't use it. You don't need a PayPal account all you need is a valid credit card. If you have a PayPal account and wish to use it to pay us, you are more than welcome to do so.

By switching to PayPal and encouraging you to make payments on-line it will simplify our lives and our bookkeeping. So please give it a try it is really simple and safe. We promise!

For those of you who still need to pay by check we will have a method for you to do so.

Vendor Space

The typical vendor space is 8' x 8' with one 8' display table and 2 lunches for $200.00 however we also offer a 16' x 8' space with two 8' display tables and 4 lunches for $400.00. You can choose between box lunches or cafeteria lunches.

Additional lunches can also be purchased for $15.00 each.

Vendor Donations

We have a long relationship with most of our vendors. Often a vendor or several vendors generously offer to help pay for coffee and refreshments that are served on the morning of the conference. Donations for refreshments will be offered in blocks of $25.00. You may contribute to as many $25.00 blocks as you wish. Your donation is greatly appreciated.

Vendor Setup

We encourage all of our vendors to arrive on Friday and setup. Once we have received your registration form and payment our conference coordinator and or the person in charge at the hosting college will contact you with all the information you will need to have a successful experience.

What to expect

Most members will arrive between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM on Saturday morning. Some members will arrive as early as 7:00 AM. Vendors will have access to their space no sooner than 7:00 AM. Morning seminars start at 9:00 AM and end at 11:45 PM, there is a member lunch and general business meeting. After lunch our members will have approximately 1 hour to visit with you before the afternoon seminars start. Our day of seminars ends around 4:30 PM.
