Membership Renewal

We have renovation our membership renewal process.

Membership renewal will now take place at the same time as conference registration in order to be cost effective. If we have your email address on file you will receive an invitation to the conference shortly after the first Monday in September for the fall conference or the first Monday in February for the spring conference. You will have the option to only renew your membership or renew and register for the conference. During registration you will be able to view your membership status. If you do not get the email invitation, renewal and conference registration will be available via the website shortly after the first Monday in September for the fall conference or the first Monday in February for the spring conference. The ability to renew and register for the current event closes the Sunday that follows the conference.

If you will not be attending the fall conference but plan to attend the spring conference we ask that you wait until spring registration to renew your membership. This is done as a cost effective measure within our new registration process.

Email Address:
Your membership is tied to your email address. If we don't have an email address on file for you or it is old and you don't remember it you won't be able to renew or register for the conference.

To correct this contact the webmaster with your current email address.

Once you are on the registration page enter your name and email address. Choose "Members" from the registration category list. Then choose "Renew Membership Only" if you don't want to attend the conference. Or choose "Conference Registration & Membership Renewal" if you wish to do both.

"Conference Registration Only" is for retired members and members whose membership dues are paid up and current.

"Institutional Registration" is for members who filled out a special application and prepaid.

If you get an error message you may be trying to register using the wrong registration type or your email address does not match what we have on file.
