Conference Registration

Conference Registration

Instructions:

We have a new registration process which I hope you will find easy to use.

There are two registration categories.

  • Members
  • Non-members (Those wishing to join)

Members have 4 registration path options to choose from. help

  • Renew membership only
    • For members with expired membership who don't wish to attend the conference.
  • Conference registration only
    • For retired members or those whose registration is already current.
  • Conference registration & Membership renewal
    • For members with expired membership and wish to attend the conference.
  • Institution members * conference registration
  1. Non-members will not be allowed to choose a membership option.
  2. Non-institutional members will not be allowed to choose the institutional option.

  • New CAT Membership Only
  • New CAT Membership with Conference Registration

* Institutional members must fill out the institutional membership registration form on or before October 1st. If your institutional registration from is submitted after September 5th it may take me a few days to code you as a current institutional member in our system.

Member registration is linked to your email address we have on file. If you are a member and we don't have your email address or you forgot which email address we have contact me with the link below. I can update your email address for you.
