CAT presents two conferences each year one in the spring and one in the fall. The spring conference is hosted by a northern California member school and the fall conference is hosted by a southern California member school.
Membership in good standing is required to attend. Each member is allowed to bring a spouse or significant other.
The spring conference is held on the last Friday and Saturday in April.
The fall conference is held on the third Friday and Saturday in October.

Fridays Events
- Vendors arrive and setup.
- Members can attend a selection of local tours.
- Member check in and late registration.
- The hosting member may offer an informal lunch or dinner for an additional charge.
- The hosting member may offer a workshop or two on Friday.
- Board member meeting.
Saturdays Events
- Member check in and late registration.
- Vendor displays.
- Morning and afternoon workshops.
- Luncheon and business meeting.
- Vendor and event raffle.
